As stated in our Tournament Rules , only one account per person is permitted.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these conduct rules without notice.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the ChessAI name, is the property of ChessAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChessAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
